Todd has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University and has been with Vic Davis Construction since 2005. Todd was born and raised in Kingsport, Tennesse but currently resides in Jonesborough, Tennessee. Todd is Level 1 Tennessee Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control certified and is currently a Project Manager and Estimator for Vic Davis Construction.
