Emmitt has lived in the Kingsport area for all of his life and has been with Vic Davis Construction since the beginning. He joined the company has a mechanic and since then he has been promoted to Shop Supervisor. Emmitt is a Certified Tire Technician and has completed the Commercial Tire Service Training Program through the International Tire and Rubber Association.
